Responsible sourcing and supply chain transformation has always been a strategic priority for Acrycol Minerals. To meet our sustainability commitments, we ensure that our supply chain works towards the same sustainability standards that we uphold.
We are using refined and washed 100% natural Silica-Quartz Sand as our base raw material which we have been receiving from different Mines of all over India having highest Mining Capacity.
Plant Automation
Our Plant is totally operated with Auto HMI panel. We have installed Auto packing and batch counting machineries to provide better environment for error free work.
We are also using Heavy Roller Magnetic machineries and Permanent Magnetic Grill at every required point which provides an efficient means for extracting ferrous particles and other impurities from our products in free-flowing processing systems and ensures long lasting durability.
Our Technology
Our materials must exhibit the optimal chemical as well as physical properties and all uniform particles combined as perfectly as possible to improve coating the Granules and also provide an improved bonding of the reactive groups on the filler material particles.
Through this, composite products developed with our colour coated granules are able to exhibit a higher strength with higher temperature resistance.
Our materials turn the composite product in to durable, resistant, flexible and compatible.
